Allow setting to choose what tab page to open to

Typically the first tab/page Sfizz shows by default is a blank page, I honestly do not even know what it is for yet.
By default Sfizz is set to always go back to this "Home" tab. Even if user changes it and just closes the GUI window and opens it again, it still goes back to this blank "Home" tab that does not seem to have much purpose as far as I am aware. I think the "Controls" tab is really the main tab that has the most purpose in the plugins GUI.
Maybe can add a setting that allows user to choose which tab/page to open to by default.
If not at least maybe make it so that a music application can recognize this as a parameter state that saves so user only has to click on/set it once per instance of Sfizz.
