Pool Temp is not updated when using "Low Speed" mode

There is an issue with the pool temp being displayed only when the temp message is sent if using "low speed" pump mode.
This mode is enabled using S1 Dip#2 on and using the two speed relay.
What happens is when in low speed mode, the pool pump led is off and only aux 2 led is on. The code is setup to only display the temp when the pool_pump led is turned on. Hopefully the code can detect when the "low speed" is enabled and continuously display the pool temp.
