we use systemui to start apps in multiwindow mode, TODO: custom launcher icons.
we don't disable StatusBar.
back/home/recents buttons are not available in each app
home/recents buttons should be removed if we switch to multiwindow for good.

Some people prefer one window for all Android apps to multiple windows (I'm not one of them, but they do exist).
