We have a scraper that parses Sonoma County data from the dashboard at: https://socoemergency.org/emergency/novel-coronavirus/coronavirus-cases/
However, it looks like Sonoma has moved to storing data in ArcGIS under the hood. You can see charts based on that at: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/1edbb41952a8417385652279305e878d/page/page_11/
And dig around to find some of the data sets:
