Apologies if this the wrong way to ask a question. When the plug-in poles the Tado cloud API does this cause the Tado backend to pole the device(s)? Tado’s support pages suggest the devices look after themselves to conserve battery power only updating the backend when there is a change, e.g. greater than 0.5 temperature change or I think at least every 30 minutes to prove they’re functioning. I have new TRV devices and they are signalling low battery after 2 months and I wanted to eliminate the Homebridge polling (default 30 seconds) from the cause. Thank you.
