Some sql operations take a long time but does not use much resources on the client side. Run them on a regular worker instance is wasteful and the instance is often detected as an idle/dead instance and removed by the bot.
Ideally we want to stop the previous group but do not turn on the next one, but then we will need to make significant changes to the dag generation code.

Run pure sql tasks on the manager node, also add steps in the db workflow to generate index for faster sql query.
