We need better documentation, specially for beta

I have tried and abandoned this project 3 times in the span of 2 months because I really want to use it, but I can't find ANY example of a working beta docker compose configuration that works with a custom Dockerfile

Please fix documentation to have separate beta info and v2 info, because it's melting my brain what works on what version and what doesn't

My use case: deploying a Laravel 10, PHP 8.2 app to production with PHP extensions and node dependencies built
