consolidate vocabulary across docs

does anyone have thoughts on tightening up the vocabulary in the docs?
for example, there are multiple places where a subheading says "sort" for an "order by". "filter" is "find".
if i was searching, i would be looking for "order by" or "orderBy" and "query", not "sort" or "filter". "filter", especially means something different to me in the context of a different ORDBMS i use.

Not a bad idea, but I think "filter" is "where", rather than "find".
