'Re-play tutorial' show step7 at wrong place when user on tab 'INSIGHTS'

🔢 Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Play game with data wargame-l6nngxlk
Click on 'Core Mapping' channel
select 'INSIGHTS' tab
Click 'Re-play tutorial' to see guideline
Notice step7 point to wrong place

⚙️ Expected behavior

UI should shows tab 'Admin' when click 'Re-play tutorial' , so that step7 can show correct place
