这个开源代码不支持QOS，仅仅简单处理了RR。我在pear的基础上实现了一个QOS，包括SR,RR,REMB,NOACK,PLI,FIR等，也支持OPUS的in-band FEC,但代码风格已经和pear有很大的区别了，希望pear的作者加入QOS功能，特别是GCC功能。
