Issue with Relay logs (Inconsistent Sentry events)

We are using Sentry Kubernetes Chart version 21.6.3 in our production environment.
Recently, we have observed errors in the relay server logs that are impacting sentry events. Specifically, we are seeing the following recurring errors in the sentry-relay pod logs:
