Can sentry Helm be installed w/o elevated permissions on the cluster?

I tried installing the chart on a shared cluster that I don't have elevated privileges on, but received an RBAC error saying I was "attempting to grant RBAC permissions not currently held".

More detailed error:

helm.go:81: [debug] roles.rbac.authorization.k8s.io "sentry-rabbitmq-endpoint-reader" is forbidden: user.....
is attempting to grant RBAC permissions not currently held:
{APIGroups:[""], Resources:["events"], Verbs:["create"]}

Is this supposed to be possible or do most people install this on clusters they have full permissions on?
