قمنا هنا بإجراء تحليل 410 جينومات لسلالات لفيروس كوفيد 19 تم مشاركتها للعموم. من خلال مقارنة هذه الجينومات الفيروسية مع بعضها البعض،نستطيع تحديد آلية تطور الفيروس وانتقاله حول العالم

 في هذا التقرير يتبين أن الفيروس ينتشر بشكل واسع في كل العالم مع بعض الدلائل على الانتقال المحلي في عدة قارات
في هذا الوقت، نحن نحث على التركيز على الجهود من أجل إبطاء الانتشار داخل المجتمعات، علما بأن حظر السفر لن يكون له تأثير كبير على الاغلب

 نقوم من خلال هذا التقرير بتوثيق ما يلي

ملاحظة عن جمع العينات

لدينا حاليا سلاسل جينوم لفيروسات من عينات أخذت من 30 دولة من 5 قارات. تعتبر هذه قفزة غير معقولة-- حيث أن تحديد التسلسل لفيروس ار إن أي كبير وغير معروف في وسط جائحة وبائية أمرا صعبا, وما كان لذلك أن يكون ممكنا لولا العمل المضني والمشاركة السريعة للبيانات من قبل العلماء والأطباء حول العالم

في حين أن هذه البيانات تمكننا من إستنتاج العديد من الخصائص المفيدة للوباء ومن تتبع انتشاره بالزمن الحقيقي إلا أنه من المهم التأكيد على أن استنتاجاتنا تبقى محدودة بسبب ندرة البيانات

فعلى سبيل المثال،تظهرالخارطةالقليل من التسلسلات من نصف الكرة الجنوبي وذلك ليس لأن كوفيد 19 لا ينتشر في تلك الأماكن، ولا لأن هذه الحالات غير مهمة للفهم وانما بسبب عدم امتلاكنا لبيانات كافية من تلك الأماكن. حجم كل دائرة على الخارطة يشير إلى كمية البيانات المتوفرة عن تلك المنطقة وليس إلى الحجم الحقيقي للوباء فيها

إنتشار العدوى في اوروبا

نشاهد هنا عنقود كبير من التسلسلات من اوروبا من الجدير ملاحظته هو تداخل التسلسلات من عدة دول مختلفة والتي تشير الى الانتشار الواسع لكوفيد 19 في اوروبا

من خلال التكبير على الخريطة نستطيع ملاحظة أن هناك العديد من الارتباطات ما بين ايطاليا والمناطق الأخرى، لكن من المهم أن نتذكر بأن تحديد اتجاهية هذه الارتباطات لا يمكن التنبؤ به بدقة عالية. فرضيات أخرى يمكن أن تفسر هذه البيانات )مثال:اذا كانت هناك حالة إصابة لم يؤخذ منها عينة أدت إلى عدوى ثانوية لشخص تم تحديد تسلسل جينوم الفيروس لديه في إيطاليا واخر تم تحديد تسلسل جينوم الفيروس لديه في مكان آخر)

الانتقال المحلي للعدوى في الجزر البريطانية وايرلاندا

بالنظر إلى الجزر البريطانية وايرلاندا كمثال، نستطيع الملاحظة في العديد من الحالات بأن الفيروسات التي لها علاقة بعينات تم تحديدها في دول أخرى تظهر في الجزر البريطانية وايرلاندا

هذا يتوافق مع 4 او اكثر من حالات الادخال الفيروسي من أماكن اخرى

كما نرى ايضا حالات حيث بعد الادخال الفيروسي، هناك عدة حالات متقاربة جدا من نفس المنطقة.وهذا يتوافق مع الانتقال في المجتمع المحلي من أكثر من واحدة من تلك الادخالات

انتشار سارس كو في 2 من ايران

تم تحديد تسلسلات عدد من جينومات الفيروس لمرضى لديهم تاريخ سفر الى إيران. حيث كانت سلاسل الجينوم متشابهة جدا. هذا يشير إلى أن الوباء في إيران يمكن أن يكون سببه حالة إدخال واحدة والتي فيما بعد انتشرت إلى أماكن أخرى متعددة

لاحظ بأنه لا يتوفر سلاسل جينوم كاملة لفيروسات من مرضى في ايران

الادخالات الفيروسية إلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية

يمكننا هنا الملاحظة بأن إدخال الفيروس إلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية تم على مراحل متعددة مستقلة

و معظم هذه الادخالات غير مرتبطة مع أي حالات تم جمع عينات منها من الولايات المتحدة، ولذلك نحن لسنا على يقين اذا أدت هذه الادخالات إلى حالات وبائية محلية. ومع ذلك، وحيث أن قدرات الفحص للكشف عن الفيروس لم تتزايد حتى الان في بعض المناطق، فنحن نتوقع أن هناك العديد من الحالات غير المسجلة.

أما بالنسبة لواشنطن وكاليفورنيا، فعلى الرغم من ذلك، فنحن نرى تجمعات لحالات متقاربة جدا. هذا يشير الى أن هناك انتقال مستمر للعدوى وانتشار محلي في هاتين الولايتين

انتشار سارس كو في 2 في ولاية كاليفورنيا في الولايات المتحدة

بالنظر إلى العينات من كاليفورنيا فنحن نرى دليلا على عدة ادخالات فيروسية

الأكثر أهمية أننا نشاهد عنقود واحد لحالات مرتبطة جدا ببعضها، تم جمعها جميعا من كاليفورنيا خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة (اضغط هنا 'استعرض البيانات' وابحث عن 'CA9' لترى مثالا).

وهذا يشير بقوة الى أن هناك انتقال محلي نشط في كاليفورنيا

تم ادخال الفيروس إلى عدة أجزاء من العالم عدة مرات. لم تتسبب كل الادخالات بانتشار محلي

-نشاهد دليلا على انتشار محلي في اوروبا، أجزاء من الولايات المتحدة، الصين، وجنوب شرق آسيا

-السيطرة على الانتشارات الوبائية المحلية من خلال التباعد الاجتماعي مهمة جدا لحماية الأشخاص الأكثر عرضة للاصابة

# ماذا يمكنك أن تفعل
التباعد الاجتماعي -- هذا يعني, تقليل عدد الأشخاص الذين تلتقيهم في كل يوم-- يمكن أن يشكل ذلك تحديا لكنه مفيد جدا ويصب في مصلحة الجميع

* تذكر لو انك لست مستعداً للإصابة فهناك العديد من الاشخاص من حولك ممن هم مستعدون للاصابة، لذلك اعمل بهذه الإجراءات الوقائية لحمايتهم
* " مثلا عند حاجتك ملامسة عدساتك اللاصقة بعد تقطيعك الفلفل "اغسل يديك
* ابق في المنزل إن كنت مريضا، كن مستعدا مع كميات إضافية من الاحتياجات الاساسية في حال احتجت إلى حجر صحي ذاتي
* اذا كنت رب عمل ، قم بتشجيع موظفيك على البقاء في المنزل عند مرضهم) وعوضهم ماديا عن ذلك(

## خطوات يستطيع المسؤولون القيام بها
* اجعل الفحوصات مجانية ومتوفرة في كل مكان
* قم بمتابعة تنفيذ التباعد الاجتماعي
