Hello Vitaly!

We need an interface R script, very much like runMidcor.R that we have for midcor. Can you provide a runCDF2MID.R script that can be executed from the shell?

This is necessary for a container that can be used from Galaxy and will define how it is called by Galaxy.

The interface script needs to receive the input files path and other running options, and possibly specify where the ouputs will be left.
