This is a plugin for jQuery.

It will modify a table, so that the table behaves similarly to a select box.

Usage examples:

$('#mytable').tableselect();

$('#mytable').tableselect({name:'thetabers', hidefirstrow:true});

$('#mytable').tableselect({name:'currency'}).tablesorter();
