How can I configure to support register dex contracts feature?

When I start localhost and use seid tx dex register-contract to register new dex contracts but get the error: "execute message; message index: 0: deprecated: feature not supported", does the sei chain support register dex contracts permissionless? If so, how can I enable such a feature in my localhost? Thanks for any help.
