Dragging favorite down is too fast

Favorite's are added at the bottom. I like my favorite favorites at the top in some sort of order from most favorite with a couple more for luck.

Dragging it upwards is slowish as it scrolls the list downwards, but it's quite manageable. However, dragging it back down (say, to put it in second or third slot) is so speedy that it jumps a screenfull or two before I can stop it. It usually takes me several tries before I can position it where I want it.

I have also has this same issue with the super fast scrolling. Maybe adjust the speed by where my finger is on the screen. Like have it start slow if I don't move my finger much but then make the scroll faster if I slide my finger farther away from the point where I started dragging.
