ISATab import

Would love to be able to import my existing ISATabs into SEEK through file upload. Either individual files or zip or tar archives (we use zip).

Hi. I'm sorry but we don't currently support ISATab import. It was something we were looking at in the early days of SEEK and when we first adopted the ISA structure, but there was never a strong demand from our users, but does come up from time to time.
It is something we would certainly accept as a contribution.

Future work for ISA import would probably be based around Research Objects (http://www.researchobject.org/) and/or ISA-JSON (https://isa-specs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/isajson.html), there are tools to convert between -Tab and -JSON.
