upload of data file not consistent with upload of other assets

Currently, the upload of a data file is done by the data file upload wizard (containing four forms).
This is not consistent with the upload of other assets which only have one long form.

suggestion may be to go for a simpler approach - back to the full form but with the same separated logical steps (as the wizard) as you scroll down - possibly with an accordion style view - e.g https://jqueryui.com/accordion/

Decision from community workers:

• implement long form
• delete the upload wizard (maybe a temporary message to ease the transition “we implement a new way to create data file”)
• make part of the form collapsible (maybe also for the other assets)
