Feature request: sorting

In the ''Graph view'' Investigations/Studies/Assays/files can be arbitrarily sorted (not very useful for ''large'' projects). In the ''Tree view'' they are sorted according to the type and the ID, which also means document always come after data files within Assays and also imposes the importance of the order in object creation (I/S/A/files; Related items listing).
Would it be possible to allow arbitrarily or or at least alphabetic sorting of Investigations/Studies/Assays/files?
