[bug]: Website hero-banner is missing top padding #291

Steps to reproduce

Go to sprout.seedcase-project.org and look at the homepage.

Expected result

The banner should have equal sized padding at the top and the bottom.

Actual result (the bug)

No top-padding in the green banner
