Bio-Giant is missing NOFATE and 'can't attack more than once per turn'

Like in old version

NOFATE is a player flag which says "This player cannot play fate cards"

BIO-GIANT may not be the target of fate cards which is currently setup (and tested)

Note, he has to be the TARGET of said card. Something like "All warriors are discarded" is fine, because he's not THE TARGET, but "Target warrior loses X" would fail because he is the target.

As to the "can't attack more than once " I'm gonna look into adding that
