Blur the map area when a polygon is drawn #2025

Issue description
There is no input params available to blur the map area when a selection is made(polygon) in the map

Steps to reproduce and a minimal demo of the problem

install agm-map dependencies
Draw a polygon in the map area
check the outer part of the selection

Current behavior
No input params available currently to control the opacity of the map area outside the polygon selection.

Expected/desired behavior
There should be a way to handle the opacity of the map area outside the polygon selection as below.
