there is no primary key on MSSQL table #27

Hi Sean,
i am getting error when i migrate from MSSQL to Postgres

Exception: There is no primary key defined on table '{0}'!
We are unable to Upsert into this table without identifying unique rows based on PKs!

please let me know how to fix this or need to change code in source.py
