Improvement: Allow import of OpenCPN waypoints in the position list

Hi there,

I started playing with this plugin and I realised a nice feature to have would be the ability to import existing OpenCPN waypoints in the position list.

Having all the existing waypoints could be cumbersome, unless only the visible waypoints are shown in the list, but the ability to import them from the list would be really nice.
