[Bug] Doesn't switch back to original wallpaper after switching to different one

Using latest version, using two virtual desktops.
When I start the computer, it opens on desktop one to wallpaper x, as it should, however, when i navigate to desktop two, the background switches to wallpaper y as it should, but does not return to wallpaper x when i navigate back to desktop one.
