Разработать и реализовать API для встраивания плагинов:

как варианта боковой панели (в дополнение к имеющимся двум)
в виде тулбара
в виде подменю в меню Tools.

Плагин будет иметь доступ к текущей view. (Вроде бы больше ему ни к чему иметь доступ и не надо.)
