Store scylla-manager logs separately from the monitoring one #9617

In the test run (scylla-staging/valerii/vp-scale-5000-tables-test#5) that took about 2 days and had lots of monitoring data
we need to download pretty huge archive file:

To get small scylla-manager logs:

So, need to split the monitoring and scylla-manager logs out.
