Cloud usage reports: add info about creator from audit logs

After looking at cloud report details, there are plenty of resources not created by SCT - thus we have no info about the creator as RunByUser tag is not filled in.
I looked to e.g. GCE console audit logs, and I could see there's info about creator. E.g.:

NOTICE 2024-08-29T09:16:58.973240Z [[...] [protoPayload.authenticationInfo.principalEmail: [email protected]] audit_log, method: "beta.compute.instances.insert", principal_email: "[email protected]"

Some machines are still created by service accounts (like [email protected]"), but anyway we could replace n/a with this to give a clue who is responsible.
If we want to pursue that direction I can take a look how we can take similar info for AWS/Azure.
