Show number of documents per concept (without having to click it) #91

Would be nice to show the number of documents a concept has been associated to directly in result lists etc., either in parenthesis or as a tooltip.

This is mostly a backend issue though, since we don't have that data easily available today.

Currently, the Emnesøk interface shows only concepts, but not how many books are associated with one.

Suggestion: Showing associated number of books for each subject heading will make it easier to assess how promising search trails are; i.e. which concept to choose.

Relates to M. Wilson, Search User Interface Design (2011), design recommendation: "If appropriate, support searchers in reviewing their decisions and their options quickly and easily."
