Not sure 100% if this issue still exists in 2.3 but it does in 2.3 beta... unfortunately I am running a modified version of 2.3 beta so its a bit tricky to test, but basically if I view my site in the iphone with FEE off using the TwentyTwelve theme its responsive, if I view it with it on its not (it scales down for some reason) anyone know what might be causing this?

I think we could just not load FEE at all for mobile devices, since it doesn't work with a touch interface anyway.

When using the (Android) WordPress app, a user is automatically logged in into the website and having FEE installed, it gets triggered. The 'edit' label does show up on touch but gets pushed off the screen to the left and seems inaccessible anyhow.
Maybe this can be combined with the idea for an on / off switch.
