Issue

This issue is for adding a documentation guide detailing steps on how to sync the git subtrees in the Scribe application repos with the new changes in Scribe-i18n.

This can likely just be a section in the README.md

Hey @wkyoshida 👋 Could I ask you to look into this one sooner rather than later? I sadly merged an auto-change from Xcode to the localization files without thinking of the system we have in place, and the Git history on the iOS side of things is thus out of sync. It'd be great if we had not just syncing, but also directions on how to relink the repos in case this happens again 😊

Beyond the above, directions on how to unlink the subtree and remake it would also be nice, just in case things don't go to plan :)
