Too many arguments in serializeBlock call #4141

Expected Behavior

Function serializeBlock (line 191 in https://github.com/scratchfoundation/scratch-vm/blob/c4a367f5d4bebf4ac0b300c7a81f6cd8813a1b34/src/serialization/sb3.js) declares a single argument "block". When the function is called, one single arguments should be passed.

Actual Behavior

When the function is called (line 338 in https://github.com/scratchfoundation/scratch-vm/blob/c4a367f5d4bebf4ac0b300c7a81f6cd8813a1b34/src/serialization/sb3.js) two arguments are passed.
