Can't bring up context menu with long tap on edge

Expected Behavior

If you tap and hold on a block for a few seconds a context menu should appear.

Actual Behavior

A square appears around your touch and no menu appears.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a project on edge
Drag a block to the workspace
Tap and hold on the block for a few seconds

Operating System and Browser

Edge on Windows

I'm not seeing this on Chrome on Windows. You can bring on the context menu there.

The high level issue for this is #1354. Since long press on the blocks and workspace seems to work in other browsers, leaving this one open so we don't forget about this specific browser.

Also, FWIW, long press on the workspace works just fine.
