Edge won't close

Expected Behavior

When closing a scratch project, it should warn you that you'll lose your work, and then close

Actual Behavior

Edge has no dialogue and just doesn't close

Steps to Reproduce

1. Added some stuff to a project in Edge (not sure exactly how to repro)
2. Click close button on browser
