Edge freezes forever when loading MostOfTheBlocks.sb3

Actual Behavior

Edge freezes and becomes really difficult to exit

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get and unzip this
   MostOfTheBlocks.zip
2. Go to smoke branch on edge
3. Upload from file MostOfTheBlocks.sb3
   Loading screen spins forever
   Console says:
   WEBAUDIO17050: An unknown decoding error occured.
