Libraries - should arrow keys control moving in the libraries?

In our recent playtest, kids where trying to browse the library with the arrow keys, and were surprised when it didn't work. Maybe worth adding for accessibility?

Looking at #907, I noticed that the arrow keys do work once you click tab and get to the sprites

Hmm.. I can't seem to get arrow keys to work in any of the libraries, even after tabbing to the items (not including the Extensions library which isn't as accessible yet)

You said in the playtest kids tried to use the arrow keys as soon as they open the library? The thing that focuses when you first open the Sprites library is a search box, but maybe arrow keys could still work if the search box is empty?
