UI problems when browser font size increased

Expected Behavior

Should look like Scratch, but with bigger font.

Actual Behavior

The font size of the blocks and the language selector didn't become bigger.

Some stuff becomes inaccessible, like you can't read the beginning of blocks, and you can't see the end of the sprite info pane or the backdrops panel. Add sprite button is cut off, and add backdrop button is unreachable.

Steps to Reproduce

In Chrome, go to chrome://settings/?search=font+size and change the dropdown to Large or Very Large. This setting is important for people who are farsighted or have blurry vision.
Then open Scratch 3.0.

This was also reported in freshdesk as an issue on Windows 10 with the desktop editor. In Windows you can change the default text size (e.g. make it bigger), and the blocks do not change size.
