Roman letter instance look like this:

  .oo.    $#
.88' `8.  $#
88.  .8'  $#
`88.8P    $#
 d888[.8' $#
88' `88.  $#

          $#
          $#
          $##

One of these are control characters because figlet by default show space between letters for roman font.
