UserDetailForm component needs UI improvement

Describe the bug
*Input fields of the UserDetailForm component are not aligned properly and need UI improvement
*All elements are not showing properly on the screen, profile icon is not showing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'src/components/UserDetailForm'
2. Import 'UserDetail' component to pages/index.js with required props
3. run "npm run develop"
4. See issue
