On Complain Page Of customer-service-theme there is missing some features like the alignment of fields, hover effect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Go to 'http://localhost:8000/themes/learning-management-system/customer-service-theme/src/component/complain/index.js'
2. Change the screen size for multiple devices.
