DR15 SkyServer home page: Algorithms link broken

This email from Joel from August 13th provides details:

Hi Ani and Jordan,

This appears to be a typo in skyserver. The correct link is https://www.sdss.org/dr15/algorithms/, not https://www.sdss.org/dr15//algorithms (which has an extra slash, which is making this a broken link). Can you fix this please?

UPDATE: changes made in GitHub for all releases from DR12 to DR15.

Ani or Manu, could you please push the latest GitHub code to the live public SkyServer sites (DR12-DR15)?
