"Contact Method" in the submission page is ambiguous

On the submission form, the first input is a text box titled "Contact Method (Optional)". My first assumption was that this is how I'd want to contact the person I'm submitting to, like am I supposed to pick whether my submission gets to them via text or email or what?

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename it to "How should we reply to you? (Optional)".

Or add secondary explainer text that says "This is how we will reply to you."
