The pixel analysis workflow is not up-to-date with the changes introduced in #51. To make it work again:

  • move the actual workflow to batchlib.workflows.pixel_analysis
  • write the per image results to hdf5 (instead of json) with write_table
  • write a result table for wells too and deal with outliers
  • add an integration test in test/test_workflows.py
