Arm/disarm/away not working

We've had this installed for quite some time. Now buttons no longer work. Is there a known issue that recently popped up?

I had a similar issue when we got new phones. I use my phones location service to Arm/Disarm the alarm and this quite working with the new phone. All I had to do was re-setup my new phones with smartthings.

I truely wish that was the case with us. I uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. No fix. agh. I may have to just leave it. All this happened when we changed our passwords/username. Of course those are correct and double checked / tripple checked. nothing.... github is linked too. *Jonathan E.
