all the best to you all in the year 2025. First of all a big Thank You to Wolle for this great project !
Unfortunately I'm not skilled in programming, but nevertheless, I've tried to add another feature to the radio's web interface. But it is only a suggestion not a ready solution and still under development ! I'm not sure if there are still bugs in the code.
What I wanted to have was that the song title and other infos coming from the radio station are being displayed as a scrolling text(marquee) on external devices, like smart phones, tablets, the PC's screen or any other device having WLAN and web browser capability. Maybe a raspberryPi with a big screen works too (not tested yet).
The menu line of the radio's web page is extended with one more icon at the far right (red i). By clicking it, the marquee text appears. To get it work only the content of the file "index.h" has to be replaced by the content of "index.txt" .
For now I have used an existing icon which already was on te SD card "About_Red.png", which has to be replaced with a suitable one in the future.
