Unable to create new account

I created a new account with internal name aa1, sent to to 10 Algos from the faucet. After that, I was unable to create any new accounts bb1, cc1, zz1.

No. After acc1 is created, and sent 10 Algo (on testnet), I can't create a new account acc2.
