Gitreports has associated an organizational repository with my personal account (broken links)

I activated an organizational repository on Gitreports.com, but it seems to have associated it with my personal account: https://gitreports.com/issue/anarchivist/hybox-ideas

From the show view for the repository (https://gitreports.com/repositories/5456), the form link is https://gitreports.com/issue/projecthydra-labs/hybox-ideas - which leads to a 404.

Submitting an entry to the first link (associated w/ my personal account) leads to an error on submit, with the issue not being added to the repository.
