Dark background - Users' eyes burnt out otherwise

I use a dark(ened) background in all Chrome pages and generally anywhere on my PC.
When the Marinara timer sets, it pops a white Chrome tab right in the user face, flashing their eyes.
It would be great to have the possibility to change the background of the warning pages popped out by Marinara to black.
