Feature request: Ability to set type for homepage

Currently, the homepage of a website with this plugin appears to always be of the type Blog. This might seem reasonable for WordPress websites, but in fact we sometimes prefer WebSite, Organization, or something else.

So it appears that under Knowledge Graph you can set the type to Person or Organization. That’s better, but still fairly limited. Also, it appears the Blog definition stays, so the homepage essentially becomes both. Not sure if that’s ideal. Thoughts?

@acjbizar I have a PR that I submitted that adds support for more types of Organization (LocalBusiness and a load of subtypes). If you're comfortable uploading code yourself you could use that.

Note that whilst I use this in production on a site I run it hasn't been extensively tested with different configurations.

Sounds good @hjed. I will look into it, but we probably will not deploy said code on the productions server for this client. Thanks!
